Regular Booking

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal 50% of entire stay. The balance is payable at check-in or taken care of day before, over the phone.

Should you need to cancel, if you notify us two weeks in advance we would be happy to credit your deposit to another visit within 6 months or refund your deposit less a $100.00 cancellation fee. No refund is made within 2 weeks of your scheduled arrival unless the rooms are rebooked.

• All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional persons $30.00 extra.
• We accept credit cards and checks.
• Well behaved children over 5 year of age are welcome
• We kindly ask guests not to bring alcohol
• Sorry we are unable to accommodate pets
• Smoking is limited to outside areas only

Guests who choose to shorten stay while in residence are still subject to the cancellation policy and are responsible for full balance due on their reservation.

Antique Fair Bookings

The balance must be paid in full by March 1st for the spring show and September 1st for the Fall show to secure reservation. Refunds after this date are based on ability to rebook the rooms. No refunds will be given after March 15th or September 15th.

Many clients book before they leave for next Antique Week so they can secure a great place to lodge for their next trip!
